Saehan Bancorp Announces Branch Relocation

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 31, 2005--Saehan Bancorp (OTCBB:SAEB - News) today announced the relocation of its branch office at 2754 Foothill Blvd in La Crescenta, California, to a newly renovated branch facility located at 2750 Foothill Blvd.

Saehan has scheduled a dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony for September 9, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Helen Yoo, a 17-year veteran of the banking industry with extensive branch management experience, will continue to serve as vice president/branch manager of the new office location.

"The relocation of our La Crescenta branch provides Saehan with a stronger local presence in a region of Los Angeles with favorable economic demographics that complement the bank's niche market and growth strategy," said Joohak Kim, president and chief executive officer.
