The customer is able to send a payment order or receive a funds transfer by using the Fedwire.  If any funds transfer is done by the Fedwire, the customer's right is protected by the regulation of Federal Reserve Bank.  The wire fees are as follows:

Customer:
Incoming Wire: $5.00 per wire
Outgoing Wire: $17.00 per wire (In person)
                      $20.00 per wire (By facsimile)

Non-customer:
Incoming Wire: Not allowed
Outgoing Wire: $30.00 per wire (In person only)
